Which TP model fits my pool?

Choose by pool size, climate, and swim load. As a guide, TP15 is for pools under 15K gallons, TP20 for 10-25K, TP25 for 15-30K, TP30 for 25-40K, TP40 for 30-50K, and TP50 for 40-60K. If your pool is near the top of a range, contact us before ordering.

Will it fit my existing plumbing?

TP Series is designed around a 326 mm installed cell length and includes a 2 in fitting kit. Fit depends on your pipe size, union spacing, water-flow direction, and available equipment-pad space. If you are unsure, send us photos of your current setup.

Can it fit IC40-style plumbing layouts?

TROXLLY may fit many compatible IC40-style plumbing layouts where installed length and threaded union connections match. This is plumbing fitment only. TROXLLY does not connect to a Pentair IntelliChlor power center or control box. Pentair and IntelliChlor are third-party trademarks. References are for compatible plumbing fitment only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Can I reuse my old power center?

No. TP Series must use the included TROXLLY power adapter and should not be powered by third-party power centers or control boxes. The included adapter gives the TP system its own dedicated power setup when installed according to the manual.

Do I need a professional installer?

For a matching retrofit layout, the included power adapter and fitting kit help make setup straightforward. If your pool requires PVC cutting or gluing, a new outlet or GFCI-protected circuit, extra valves, or code-related electrical work, use a qualified pool or electrical professional.

What salt level should I maintain?

The current TP manual lists 3000-4500 ppm as the recommended salinity range, and its salt-addition table estimates salt needed to reach 3500 ppm. Always test your current salt level before adding salt, then balance the pool water before startup.

What do Low Salt, High Salt, No Flow, or Clean Cell mean?

These are status reminders, not automatic proof that the unit is broken. Low or High Salt means you should test and adjust salinity. No Flow points to pump, valve, flow-switch, or circulation checks. Clean Cell means the cell should be inspected and cleaned if scale is visible.

What if I am still not sure before ordering?

Contact TROXLLY support with your pool gallons, current salt system model, plumbing size, and photos of your equipment pad. We can help review model choice, IC-style fit, power setup, and installation questions before you buy.

Probably a little too soon to give a thorough review, because I've only had in use for 1 week. My thoughts so far are:
1) Fit perfectly in the space for my (failed at one year) Pentair Plus (new design), so I did not have to make any changes to my system, just remove the failed unit.
2) Initial concerns about run scheduling were easily handled as my Intellicenter can support/power 4 different pcs of equipment. I already had a GFCI outlet on my second channel, so that takes care of my run schedule (big relief). I actually like that it has its own power supply; I was slightly concerned at first how that would work out, but since I have that GFCI outlet, it isn't an issue!
3) Like the phone app, just wish it was dedicated to your generator and didn't have other advertising, etc.
4) I compared the water temp in the app to my meat thermometer which is accurate to 1/2 deg. F. and the app temp was amazingly close, maybe dead on since it's reading the water at the cell after having traveled thru piping. The salt level reading was also within 500 of my Leslie's pool store analysis and chlorine production is right where i need it!
5) It will get hot (black material), so I think it's important to shade from direct sunlight for most of the day and have done so for my generator and power supply.
5) And did I mention "3 year warranty"?!
I'm still fine tuning the run schedule but so far no complaints at all!

I ordered this unit and the seller kept me up to speed on the shipping progress. I had questions and was pleasantly surprised when the seller replied to my email the next day.
As for the chlorine cell, I was very pleased with the ease of installation. It is a perfect fit replacement for the Pentair IC-40. The Pentair was 220 volts and this one is 110 volts, so some minor electrical mods were needed.
The unit operates flawlessly and is very easy to monitor and control. I strongly recommend Troxlly.
