1. Independent TROXLLY Product
TROXLLY products are independently designed, manufactured, sold, and supported by TROXLLY. Unless expressly stated in writing by the applicable trademark owner, TROXLLY products are not made, sponsored, endorsed, approved, licensed, or authorized by any third-party brand.
2. Third-Party Trademarks
Pentair®, IntelliChlor®, Hayward®, Jandy®, and any other third-party brand names, product names, logos, model numbers, or trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.
These names may be used only to identify compatibility considerations, replacement search intent, retrofit context, plumbing layouts, or equipment types that customers may need to compare before purchase.
3. Compatibility References
When TROXLLY uses phrases such as "Pentair IC-style," "IntelliChlor-style," "replacement," "retrofit," "fits compatible layouts," or similar wording, those references do not mean that the product is an original part from the referenced brand or that it has been approved by that brand.
Compatibility depends on the specific product model, installed length, pipe size, union or thread fit, water-flow direction, available space, power setup, local code requirements, and the condition of the existing pool equipment pad.
4. Electrical and Power Setup
Do not assume that a TROXLLY salt chlorination system can reuse a third-party power center, controller, wiring harness, or power supply. TROXLLY TP Series systems must use the included TROXLLY power adapter or the power setup specified in the official TROXLLY documentation.
Electrical and plumbing work should be performed by a qualified pool professional or electrician when required by local code or when the customer is not fully familiar with the installation process.
5. Customer Verification Before Purchase
Before purchasing a replacement or retrofit product, customers are responsible for reviewing the product specifications and confirming that the selected TROXLLY model is appropriate for their pool setup.
Please compare the existing system's model number, plumbing size, installed length, union style, available equipment-pad space, and power requirements with the applicable TROXLLY product documentation.
6. No Guarantee for Unverified Installations
Compatibility language on this website is intended to help customers evaluate potential fit. It is not a guarantee that every installation will be compatible, especially where existing plumbing has been modified, damaged, incorrectly installed, or configured differently from standard layouts.
TROXLLY is not responsible for installation issues, property damage, equipment failure, code violations, or water chemistry problems caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, incompatible equipment, third-party parts, or misuse of the product.
