TROXLLY’s limited warranty is valid only for products purchased from our authorized sales channels. Currently, our products are exclusively sold via our official Amazon storefront and our official website (troxlly.com).

What’s Covered Under Warranty

TROXLLY offers a comprehensive 3-Year Warranty on the entire saltwater chlorination system, covering both the control unit and the electrolytic cell.

Note: The electrolytic cell is warranted for 3 years or 7,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

What’s Not Covered

  • Improper installation, wiring, or operation outside recommended conditions

  • Use of incorrect salt levels, incompatible voltage, or extreme temperatures

  • Physical damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear that does not affect performance

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use of non-TROXLLY replacement parts or third-party components

  • Labor, removal, reinstallation, or shipping costs

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please prepare the following information:

  • Order Number (Amazon Order ID or Website Order #)

  • The email address used when placing the order

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video clearly showing the problem
