The warranty begins on the original purchase date and applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

To ensure full access to warranty support and product authenticity, please confirm that your order was placed through an official channel. TROXLLY is not responsible for warranty claims on products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

TROXLLY provides a comprehensive 3-Year Limited Warranty on the entire saltwater chlorination system, covering both the control unit and the premium titanium electrolytic cell for defects caused by materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered

  • Improper installation, wiring, or plumbing.

  • Incorrect salt level, water chemistry, voltage, or flow rate operations.

  • Damage caused by freezing, overheating, dry running, or misuse.

  • Normal cosmetic wear or consumable maintenance (e.g., cell cleaning).

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of third-party parts.

  • Labor costs, removal, reinstallation, or any incidental/consequential costs.
