At TROXLLY, we ship pool equipment with reliable carriers and provide tracking for every order. Please review the shipping terms below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation email is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, processing or delivery may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders due to the size and weight of our pool equipment.
3. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse. The shipping carrier may vary depending on the delivery address, package size, and service availability.
4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
- Standard Shipping: typically 3-7 business days after shipment. *Some items may require additional delivery time.
- Expedited Shipping: typically 1-3 business days when available at checkout.
If free shipping applies to your order, it will be shown clearly at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
6. Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact support@troxlly.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the destination. TROXLLY is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
7. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact support@troxlly.com within 48 hours and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of all packaging materials
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We will help review the tracking details and assist with the carrier investigation. Replacement or refund decisions may depend on the outcome of the carrier investigation and the delivery evidence available.
9. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
We currently do not support international shipping from troxlly.com.
