TROXLLY’s limited warranty is valid only for products purchased from our authorized sales channel. 

At present, we do not work with any distributors or resellers. Our products are exclusively sold via our official Amazon storefront. 

To ensure full access to warranty support and product authenticity, please confirm that your order was placed through our official Amazon page.

TROXLLY is not responsible for warranty claims on products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Your TROXLLY warranty begins on the date your order was placed through our official Amazon store.

What’s Covered Under Warranty

TROXLLY offers the following warranty coverage for our saltwater chlorination systems:

  • 3-year warranty on all electronic components

  • 15,000-hour runtime warranty on the electrolytic cell (whichever comes first)

This warranty applies only to products purchased through our official Amazon store. Coverage begins on the order placement date, as shown in your Amazon order history. 

The electrolytic cell warranty is limited to 15,000 hours of runtime or 3 years from the order date, whichever comes first. Runtime is calculated based on system operation logs.

What’s Not Covered
  • Improper installation, wiring, or operation outside recommended conditions

  • Use of incorrect salt levels, incompatible voltage, or extreme temperatures

  • Physical damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear that does not affect performance

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Use of non-TROXLLY replacement parts or third-party components

  • Labor, removal, reinstallation, or shipping costs

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please prepare the following:

  1. Your Amazon order number

  2. The email address used when placing the order

  3. A brief description of the issue

  4. Photos or video clearly showing the problem
